This course provides a general overview of American history, the foundation of the U.S. government and its branches along with the relationship between federal, state and local government. In addition, participants receive information concerning the naturalization process. Participants also receive practice in oral and written English language skills.
(72 clock hours) Prerequisites: Eligibility for citizenship; basic knowledge of the English language.
